HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Exchanges:
I’m afraid that our system is not set up to process exchanges, so you will need to return the item for a refund and re-order the other size.
Returns:
You will need to pay postage to return any of your unwanted items. You have up to 14 days to initiate your return from the moment your order is delivered. Also, please be aware all items must be returned to us in a brand-new condition for a refund.
USA:
The shipping service is free and delivery takes 3 to 7 postal days, after the day of dispatch. Please be aware this excludes weekends and bank holidays and may require a signature on delivery.
Duty is free up to $500.00.
CANADA:
The cost of the service is $17.00 and delivery takes around 8/15 postal days, after the day of dispatch. Please be aware this excludes weekends and bank holidays and may require a signature on delivery.
Duty charges will apply for any orders over $20.00.
Cancellation:
We can attempt to cancel your order if it has not already been dispatched. You will need to contact our customer care team ASAP to request this. Please be aware this cannot be guaranteed!
Amendment:
We do ask customers at checkout to double check all information is correct, before completing their orders.
